This is a 4 bedroom (3 Kings and a 4 Twin Bunkroom) house with 3 full baths that sleeps 10 with multiple levels of oceanfront decks and seating. Our open floorplan offers top level family/dining/kitchen for the family to spread out, with a fully loaded Chef's kitchen complete with a large crab pot and crackers, favorite books reading library, family games, beach chairs, hi-speed wifi and so much more.

Shore Is Heaven is a private retreat located in the heart of North Topsail Beach. The house was built in 2017 and professionally designed to create a feel of coastal elegance and to maximize the incredible oceanfront views from every bedroom and the main level open concept family room, dining room and kitchen with island

This is our family home that is exceptionally well-appointed. No more fighting about who gets the oceanfront view bedroom, all 4 of our bedrooms have direct oceanfront views! The primary King suite is on the top level with the living spaces, then two additional King Suites with connected baths on the 2nd floor along with the Bunkroom. As many oceanfront homes, the entrance is on the first level adjacent to the covered parking underneath the house. Check out the house floorplan or Matterport link for additional details. You won't need your sound machine because you will be asleep in no time listening to the sound of the oceanfront waves just outside.

We fell in love with this house on North Topsail because of the wide/deep oceanfront with plenty of beach to enjoy, just next door to Seaview Pier for fishing and with a small store and restaurant, check out their live camera here. You're 3 minutes away from the public boat launch if you bring a boat with you (we've got plenty of room for boat parking) or you can hop across the bridge to Sneads Ferry for some more dining options. We're Jeep people and you can drive on the beach here in North Topsail with a permit, click HERE for more info. Our house is fully loaded with amenities from the multiple coffee options (Keurig and Drip), Ninja blender, Air Fryer, Smart TVs in all rooms, reading library and all linens included. With tons of oceanfront deck space, every member of the family can find a separate spot to catch some shad or some sun in this oceanfront oasis. This is just the beginning as you walk out to enjoy the custom surfboard bar in our oceanfront Tiki Bar that seats 8 with a built in cooler. This is the island vacation life you deserve!

We also know what it's like to pay good money for a vacation rental and not have a fully stocked kitchen or half the amenities are broken or don't work. Although we can't guarantee everything will be perfect, believe me it won't be because of lack of effort. This is our personal vacation home so it is not like a typical bare bones beach rental, we have a high standard for our family and therefore have a high standard for your family too! "What an incredible piece of heaven! The property was absolutely perfect! Beautiful setting, peaceful and relaxing! Well located and easy to get to with great restaurants and shopping nearby. Well appointed with everything needed to make my stay perfect-comfortable furnishings especially couches, bed and outdoor decks with chairs and a porch swing and linens were included too! Property is wonderfully laid out with ocean views and decks for all bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for three of the four bedrooms-perfect for families. Kitchen was well stocked with all amenities needed. I loved that all doors to decks had screened doors so you can listen to the amazing ocean sounds. Spotted a school of dolphins during my stay too :) Beach was perfect for sunrise and sunset strolls. Kelly was an incredible host-very helpful and clear instructions, checking on me to ensure everything was ok and always responsive and helpful with recommendations. Thank you! So many things you will not find in another beach rental here in North Topsail Beach, NC. "This home was so cozy, and includes 3 very comfortable king size beds (unique find), each with private bath. Ample space for multi family rental, including secure fenced decks and deck chairs. Plenty of parking, and lots of beach in front of property, even at high tide. Views of beach, sound, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins and pelicans. “Working” sliders with screens, which allow for fresh airflow. The kitchen offers many additional amenities, including an air fryer. Front room furniture was comfortable, and access to power plugs was convenient (who doesn’t need to charge their devices?). Kelly really did a nice job before, during and after our stay. She offered additional days based on availability, and staying and extra day was a great choice for us. If you have the chance, we highly recommend Kelly, and Shore is Heaven."

"My husband and I stayed for a week at Shore is Heaven and the home was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed sunrise & sunset views, loved watching the dolphin families swim by daily, rented surfboards to surf, ate amazing seafood every day, walked the beach to collect seashells, and soaked in the peaceful sounds of the ocean waves.

The home has everything you need and then some - books, games, throw blankets, a fully equipped kitchen, lovely sliding glass doors with screens, etc. Kelly was wonderful to work with and helped with recommendations for a handful of things. Even went above and beyond to get us a coffee grinder when she certainly didn't need to - a level of customer service and attention that is incredibly rare and lovely.

We would like to personally welcome you to our family’s beach house. Shore Is Heaven, on North Topsail Beach NC! Why did we name it that? Well, the first sunset you catch here on the back deck with a cold beverage in your hard, you'll know why! We are very excited for you to stay in our oceanfront dream home on Topsail Island.

With 25+ years of property management experience, I'm now able to put that experience to use as your host. Renting our home is personal, we're not a big corporate management company that overlooks broken items and the details of a home. Dave and I, both avid beach lovers, dreamed for years about being able to have our own place at the beach and we were finally able to make our dream a reality and now share it with you! I will be your host and available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay at Shore Is Heaven and help you with any recommendations you might need, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are all settled so you can enjoy your vacation.

I think I've thought of everything when it comes to stocking the house for you so you are as comfortable in our beach house as you are in your own home. We've got charging stations, extra throw blankets, books to read, games to play, beach chairs, a crab pot with crackers, air fryer, Ninja blender, beach towels, baby items and more so you can pack a little lighter.
